Domestic Shipping
- We offer free, fully insured Overnight Express Postage for all orders within Australia’s capital cities.
- If you’re unable to pick up your purchase in-store, we’ll arrange overnight shipping to major cities for your convenience. This service includes tracking, signature upon delivery, and insurance.
Made-to-Order and Bespoke Orders
- Delivery times for Made-to-Order and Bespoke items vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
- Orders are shipped via FedEx or TNT Express and are scheduled to arrive on or before the delivery date provided in your order confirmation.
- If your order is completed early, it may be shipped ahead of schedule. You will receive a confirmation via email or text once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Policies
- All deliveries require a signature and must be made to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- For international buyers, Australian GST is not applicable.
- Shipments are processed separately, with insured shipping costs determined by the courier.
- Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs office for details before making a purchase.
Important Notes
- We strive to meet delivery schedules for all orders, but delays due to inclement weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
- International shipping fees are non-refundable. If required, we may use an alternative shipping method to meet your target destination and delivery date.
- For security reasons, packages cannot be rerouted once they have left our store.
