At SkyGem & Co., we are committed to providing a seamless, secure, and trustworthy shopping experience. Please review our shipping policies below:
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer free, fully insured Overnight Express Postage for all orders to capital cities within Australia.
If you are unable to collect your order in-store, we will arrange overnight delivery to major cities for your convenience.
This service includes:
- Tracking number
- Signature upon delivery
- Full insurance coverage
Made-to-Order & Custom Made Orders
Delivery times vary depending on the complexity and design of each bespoke piece.
Orders are shipped via FedEx TNT Express, and are scheduled to arrive on or before the estimated delivery date provided in your order confirmation.
If your item is completed earlier than expected, it may be shipped ahead of schedule. You will receive a notification via email or text once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
- Loose Diamonds: Shipped in their original flat pouch and securely wrapped in a bubble mailer envelope to ensure discretion and safety during transit.
- Finished Jewellery: Packaged in our premium SkyGem & Co. box, enclosed within a plain, unbranded cardboard box, and protected with an outer bubble-wrap envelope to maintain confidentiality and security.
Shipping Policies
All deliveries require a signature and must be sent to a physical residential or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
For international orders, Australian GST does not apply.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on courier rates and billed separately.
Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Important Notes
While we aim to meet all delivery schedules, delays caused by weather, courier issues, or incorrect address information are beyond our control.
- International shipping fees are non-refundable, and we may use alternative couriers if required to meet delivery timelines.
- For security reasons, orders cannot be rerouted once dispatched from our store.
- If you experience an issue with your delivery, such as a package being left unattended, please let us know immediately.
