Whether you're spending $2,000 on a lab-grown diamond ring or $200,000 on a natural diamond, we aim to make your purchasing experience as seamless and worry-free as possible.

To ease your concerns, we offer the option to secure any loose diamond from our online inventory with just a 50% deposit. This applies to both Natural and Lab-Created diamonds, allowing you to reserve your selected diamond without committing to the full payment upfront.

Terms and Conditions for the 50% Deposit Option

By choosing this option, you agree to the following:

  1. Deposit Payment: A 50% deposit, inclusive of GST, must be cleared in our account before we secure the selected diamond.
  2. Final Payment Deadline: The remaining 50% balance must be settled within seven (7) days of being notified of the diamond's arrival, regardless of your availability to view the diamond. Failure to meet this deadline will incur a 3.8% consignment charge on the total diamond cost.
  3. Deposit Forfeiture: Unless prior arrangements are made, your deposit will be forfeited if the diamond is not fully paid for within 28 days of notification of its arrival.
  4. Return Policy Exceptions: The 50% deposit option voids all return policies except for in-store stock items. If you do not receive the item you originally ordered, a full refund will be provided, provided the issue is brought to our attention at the time of inspection or within three (3) days of receiving the mailed item.

Exclusions:
These terms do not apply to loose diamonds available in-store or ready-to-ship items, regardless of the payment option chosen. However, our standard 14-day refund and 30-day exchange policies remain valid.
