If you ever encounter a manufacturing issue, simply bring your jewelry to our store, and our experts will assess it. If the defect is covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace your piece at no cost to you. To maintain this coverage, we require a 12-month servicing to preserve the integrity of your jewelry.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of gemstones. To fully protect your treasured pieces, we highly recommend insuring them with Q Report Jewellery Insurance or Centrestone Jewellery Insurance for comprehensive coverage.
