Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your partner, family member, or anyone whose opinion matters to you. Choosing or designing jewellery is a special experience, and we're happy to make it one you'll enjoy together.

Can I bring inspiration photos?

Yes! Inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, Instagram saves, sketches, or images of jewellery you love are all welcome. They help us understand your style and create a design that's uniquely yours.

Can I see loose diamonds?

Yes. During your consultation, you'll have the opportunity to view a carefully selected range of natural and laboratory-grown diamonds. Our specialists will explain the differences in cut, colour, clarity, and carat so you can make an informed decision.

Do I need to buy on the day?

Not at all. Our consultations are relaxed and completely obligation-free. Our goal is to provide expert guidance and help you explore your options, so you can make a decision when you're ready.

Can I redesign an existing ring?

Yes. We specialise in transforming heirloom and existing jewellery into beautiful new pieces while preserving their sentimental value. Bring your jewellery to your consultation, and we'll discuss the possibilities with you.
