Free Express Shipping

We offer free fully insured Express Postage service on all orders within Australia. If somehow you are not able to pick up your purchase from us in store, we can arrange over night shipping to major cities to make your purchasing experience as stress-free as possible. This service includes tracking, signature and insurance.

Made-to-Order and Bespoke orders will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via Australia Express post and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email or text confirmation once your order ships.

 

Shipping Policies

SkyGem & Co always:

Request signature for all deliveries. We require that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

International buyer will be exluded from Australian GST, shipments will be processed seperately and the costs of insured shipment will be charge according to the courier. Customs processes and import duties from the recieving country are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.

We are committed to timely delivery for all our orders. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. International shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, we are no liable for any lost or damages during transit.

For security reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from our store.
